The terms applying to quotations, deposits, balances, changes and cancellations.
Quotations and confirmation
Availability and final pricing are confirmed only in a written quotation from the Fatima team. A booking becomes confirmed after the required deposit has been received and acknowledged.
Deposit and balance
The standard working deposit is 25%, unless a quotation states otherwise. The balance date, bank-transfer details and any applicable transfer fee will appear clearly in the quotation or invoice.
Changes and cancellations
Cancellation charges depend on the date of cancellation and the terms stated in the confirmed quotation. Private charters, holiday periods and special arrangements may carry separate conditions.
Flexible navigation
Wind, water level, lock schedules, site opening times, permissions and operational requirements may change the precise order of visits. The team will protect the quality and principal content of the journey wherever possible.
Travel responsibility
Guests are responsible for passports, visas, travel insurance, flights and personal medical advice. Mobility, dietary and health requirements should be disclosed before confirmation so that arrangements can be assessed honestly.
